New Jersey Campground Owners Association

The New Jersey Campground Owners Association (NJCOA) is the trade association representing the privately owned commercial campgrounds in the State of New Jersey. NJCOA produces and distributes an annual free consumer camping guidebook (1-800-2-CAMP-NJ), monitors legislation affecting the members, conducts an annual convention with educational seminars and trade show of industry suppliers and periodically produces a newsletter to keep the membership informed. NJCOA staff consists of co-executive directors who conduct the day to day business of the association and represent the interests of the camping industry in New Jersey through involvement with tourism organizations, NJCOA was founded in 1964 and is governed by a board of trustees elected by the membership.
